Service Maintenance contract policies
- We take this contract for one year so it called annual maintenance contract (AMC)
- In this contract we will give you Service Code Number (SCN) for each equipment which we covered in AMC.
- At the time of service our service engineer will comes at your premises and try to solved your problem onsite if the problem not solved he will take that equipment to our service center to get repair.
- If the equipment not repaired within 48 hours we will provide you the standby equipment, and whenever your equipment get repaired we replace our standby equipment with yours equipment.
- At any service call you have to reserve a service call at our office by dialing our telephone number 02992-250103 or on the mobile number 9414320046 and get the service call number. At that time you have to tell your SCN.
- Service call will attend in within 48 hours or earlier.
- We maintain the Service Call Report (SCR) at the completion of every service call which contains the complete information regarding the problem and action taken by the service engineer, your authorized person have to read and signed with seal on this report.
- We will give you the yearly report on our services with SCR which we provide during the Maintenance Contract.

Terms & Conditions of above services:
- All of above mention prices are service charges only if any spare parts used to repair will be charged extra.
- The standby item will not be same as per your equipment it can be compatible serviceable equipment like if your 17" monitor unserviceable we can give you 15" as standby.
- Monitor, Printer, Scanner, UPS, Motherboards, Inverters & EPABX will normally repair in within 3 days but in some case it will take more times depends on spare parts availability or some typical problems.
